Who we are: ASD Ireland is the data controller for bookings made on this page.

What we collect: parent/guardian name, email and phone; children's first names and ages; number of adults; payment status (card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us).

Why: only to manage your booking, keep group sizes safe, check attendance on the day, and support your family's needs. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in running the event safely.

Who can see it: only authorised ASD Ireland event organisers, through a password-protected admin area. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

How long: booking data is deleted within 90 days after the event, unless needed for accounting (payment records only).

Your rights: you can request access, correction or deletion under GDPR by contacting ASD Ireland, and complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
